Cases were included if internists (staff specialists or generalists or trainees) were primarily responsible for the diagnosis and if sufficient details about the case and the decision-making process could be obtained to allow analysis.

 In all cases, details were gathered from a review of the medical record, from fact-finding information obtained in the course of quality assurance activities when available.

Fluidic Volume Dispense
